REGISTER YOUR DECEASED PERSONS
Definitions used:
Deceased: Person deceased AND already buried.
The buyer: Person who pays to post a deceased on the sites [Directory of the deceased] and [Deceased Directory]
Innovations DJD Inc.: Company that manages the sites Deceased Directory and Répertoire des défunts.
As a buyer, you agree that:
Initially, the cost to register a deceased person is CAN $ 119.99 plus taxes.
Registration is for an unlimited duration.
Innovations DJD Inc. reserves the right to accept or refuse the posting of a deceased person submitted by the public at any time without notice and for any reason. In the case of a refusal of a registration, the payment will be completely refunded.
Publication of the deceased on the sites: Innovations DJD inc. must perform validations before posting a deceased on his sites. The publication of the deceased is not instant after the payment has been made. No publication of information of the deceased will be done without the full registration payment.
Deceased information’s page: The publics subscription for deceased will be identified on the page of deceased by a sign easily identifiable. This sign indicates that the data comes from a public subscription and may be invalid despite the verifications that will be made.
The buyer must ensure that he has the right to use the images he submits.
It is not possible to add a deceased to a place that officially uses our tool. You must contact the place to submit your deceased and request the publication of it.
Sites that adhere to the project: When a site joins the Deceased Directory project, Innovations DJD Inc. will suggest to the administrators to keep the posting of deceased by the public. On the other hand, Innovations DJD Inc. will have no authority over the final decision of the site.
Refund request: When we accept to post the deceased, no refund will be possible after 30 days of posting.
A charge of $ 35.00 CAD will be added to the invoice for checks returned without provisions.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
The Terms and Conditions of Use are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec.
