À l'hôpital B.M.P. de Cowansville, le 22 mars 2023 à l'âge de 83 ans, est décédé M. Jacques Bessette époux de Mme Nicole Barabé, demeurant à Ste-Brigide-d'Iberville. Outre son épouse, il laisse dans le deuil son fils Jacques-André, les enfants de sa conjointe, Nathalie Lauzier (Denis Desjardins) et Patrick Lauzier (Stéphanie Nichol), les petits-enfants, Anne-Marie, Cassandra, Léa-Rose, Anaïs et les arrière-petits-enfants, Jordan, Hayden et Jasmine.
