À l'Hôpital B.M.P. de Cowansville, le 8 août 2015 à l'âge de 89 ans est décédée Mme Jeannine Allard épouse de feu René Giroux demeurant autrefois Farnham. Elle laisse dans le deuil ses enfants, Francine et André (Lina Boudreau). Elle laisse également ses petites-filles, Mélissa, Annick et Mélanie.
